GETTING STARTED
After contacting Good To Go Pet Care Services, we will meet with you and your pet(s) in your home. A thorough “new client interview” will be conducted so we can learn about all your pets’ needs: feeding and exercise schedules, behaviours, special medical needs, your veterinarian’s and emergency contact information, favourite playtime activities, etc. This will ensure that we are fully aware of everything you want us to do while your pets and home are in our care.
We will confirm the dates and times of service, have you sign the contract, get a copy of your house key, and get payment for service. We then have all the specific information about your needs so you can be at ease knowing that your pet(s) and home are in good hands.
Once you have gone through a “new client interview” we will maintain your specific information and requirements on file, then in the future you simply need to call to book our services and provide any new instructions.
